another Pearl

Brimstone, Gonepteryx rhamni
We had plenty of rain overnight and this morning, but when blue skies appeared I headed off to Rewell Wood again. After a couple of hours I headed out of the place where I saw one yesterday and then one flew in front of me and settled for a photo. This one was quite worn so I think it has been around for a few days. At my preferred site I found a Brimstone and a Green-veined white.
Pearl-bordered Fritillary, Boloria euphrosyne
Self-heal, Prunella vulgaris
I saw the shrub Self-heal in flower today for the first time this year.
