Dark Green Fritillary at Cissbury Ring

Dark Green Fritillary.
This afternoon we walked up Cissbury Ring. In the north west ditch we saw two Dark Green Fritillaries, my first of the year. Also a pair of Greenfinches and a Yellow Hammer, plus the Cuckoo. We met Neil on the way down, he had also seen DGFs in a different place

    Were there many DG Frits? I am not sure if I have ever seen one? No longer on Mill Hill ???
