After breakfast I took Ollie for his walk round Endcliffe Park.
A heron was fishing in the western end of the lake. Someone told me a second one
was in the other lake. After a cup of Ken's coffee we drove to the Lathkil Hotel
for lunch, my beef salad was delicious. The only hiccup was that Bakewell is undergoing gas pipe renewal and the traffic jam was horrendous. We returned via
the Buxton Road, stopping for photos at the River Derwent at Froggatt and other
places.
