| Fallow Deer, Dama dama |
On Monday I met Mark at the Arundel WWT where two
Kingfishers zoomed across the lake. A Kestrel
perched on a tree on the opposite side of the lake and a flock of Canada
Geese arrived. A flock of white birds the size of starlings flew by twice with beaks like Sanderlings. I then visited Petworth Park to try and catch the end of the
Fallow Deer rut.
