Green, Blue and Red

Green-veined White, Pieris napi
On Wednesday I joined Mark at Arundel WWT to conduct a survey of butterflies in certain areas of the reserve. We found Orange-tip, Brimstone, Green-veined White, Holly Blue and our first Common Blue of the season.

Yesterday I paid my first visit of the season to Lobb's Wood and found two Speckled Wood, a Red Admiral and a White.
