Southwater Whitethroat

Whitethroat with insect
After lunch I visited Southwater Woods and found a Whitethroat with an insect it was taking to its nest. I had seen it a few days before and know where its nest is. When th sun came out so did a Silver-washed Fritillary and by chance it was a female which is exactly what I was looking for.
