On Sunday I visited Steyning Downland Trust where Mark spotted a Brown Hairstreak land high up in a tree. That night I noticed some moths on the outside lights and found some new species including 2 moths, a lacewing species, a beetle and a spider. Today I returned to Steyning and saw two Brown Hairstreaks, a Painted Lady, Small Tortoiseshells, Red Admirals, Peacocks, Silver-washed Fritillaries, Brown Argus, Common Blues and Walls.
