Chantry and Kithurst Hills

This morning was sunny so I headed for the hills. First was Chantry. There were plenty of Meadow Browns and Whites of various species plus a Red Admiral.

I saw two Silver Ys today. They hover like a Hummingbird Hawkmoth, and move very fast.

Then I called at Kithurst Hill. The clump of Hemp-agrimony by the gate has been cut down, along with the plants in the bowl.
