Kingfisher and Heron at Arundel WWT

Kingfisher, Alcedo atthis
On January 16th I visited Arundel WWT and was alone in the Scrape Hide when a Kingfisher did its rounds and landed on the post. She also perched on trees to the left, right and in front of the hide, but I did not see her attempt to fish. A heron flew towards me from the reed bed.
