Visits to Arundel WWT over the past few days have provided
some interesting sights. Ducklings seem to outnumber the ducks and there are Cootlings, Moorhen chicks and cygnets. Yesterday a Coal tit visited the feeders and I saw 3
Water Voles. As I left the centre I heard a Cetti’s Warbler calling loudly (as they do) from
the reeds and managed to get my best view yet of this secretive and fast moving
bird.
