Clouded Yellows and a Little Egret at Southwick

Little Egret, Egretta garzetta
Today I travelled with David to Southwick where we met Mark. We were hoping for a Long-tailed Blue but were very happy with 3 Clouded Yellows – 2 males and the pale female I photographed on Thursday.  The Angle Shades moth was also present. A Little Egret showed itself by the canal. I noticed a flock of Starlings bathing in a roadside puddle.
