Grizzly in the wood

This morning I headed to Rewell Wood again with the new Lumix camera. I saw Pearl-bordered Fritillaries about 20 times, plus a freshly emerged Grizzled Skipper whose wings were still crinkled. I retreated when the skies developed a particularly dark complexion and drove back through some sleet. By the time I reached the coast the sun was shining.
