Brandy Hole Copse

This morning we went to the hedgerow near The Goodwood Hotel where I had seen Silver-washed Fritillaries last week and were rewarded with a nectaring female. We then visited Brandy Hole Copse, a nature reserve near Chichester. We have not been for months and headed for the meadow next to it. This was covered with various flowers and butterflies: Meadows Browns, Gatekeepers, Small Whites, Commas and Red Admirals.
