Mud Monsters at Slindon

Today I worked as a marshal at a Mud Monsters event at Slindon, near Arundel. Amazing 4 wheel drive vehicles doing amazing things. Each vehicle has a card attached to the passenger side. To score points a vehicle must get the card near enough to numbered markers to enable a punch attached to the marker by a yard long tether to make its mark on the card. I hope you followed that! The vehicles have winches front and rear which they use to make some of the seemingly impossible manoeuvres required to score points on the courses.
