Mealy Redpoll and a Great Spotted Woodpecker

Lesser Redpoll, Carduelis cabaret
On Saturday I visited Warnham Nature Reserve, Horsham to see the famous Mealy Redpoll which everyone has been photographing recently. It only used the feeder nearest the hide, and visited for a short time every 20 minutes or so. There were plenty of Lesser Redpolls, Greenfinches and Goldfinches. A Great Spotted Woodpecker showed several times. The water level was very high.
