Silver-spotted Skippers

Silver-spotted Skipper, Hesperia comma
On Thursday I visited Kithurst Hill which provided more Clouded Yellows and I witnessed a Yellowhammer take a cricket. I then walked to Chantry Hill where I met Neil who was also hunting for a the helice (white) form of the Clouded Yellow. There were plenty of Silver-spotted Skippers. I checked out the Whiteways meadow, but nothing new there.
