Large Heath success at Crowle Moor

Large Heath, Coenonympha tullia polydama
We stayed at the Kingstown Hotel, Hedon last night then joined the family at Elstronwick before Penny and George set off with master Harry to meet his mum at Birmingham. We then had lunch on the lawn with the Dan, Gabi and her family from Poland before setting off for Crowle Moor for another attempt at Large Heath photos. We met a couple of guys who said there were Large Heaths around and showed me a good photo. We set off and soon had the first on record.
