On Monday afternoon I left Earnley tropical butterflies and called in at Rewell Wood. There was plenty of insect life around, including a couple of bugs and very sodden queen Brown-banded carder bee.

The next photos were taken a few days ago. I saw a Nightjar for the first time and a fox trotted onto the path in front of me and never saw me. I caught it as a brown patch in the middle of the photo.
